Sabino Canyon

Thought this was an appropriate post for an almost Halloween spooky tree moment.  Tory and I participated in an art festival in Tucson last weekend and we were able to finally go to Sabino Canyon for a hike to help celebrate our 23rd Anniversary.  What a stunning place, especially after a storm : ).  We live in such an amazing state!   Go out and enjoy it!!!

Streaming Goodness

No matter how many mountain streams, and waterfalls my travels take me to they never cease to take my breath away.  There is an instant of joy, awe, amazement, soothing energy, and sheer delight that sweeps me up and takes me away.  I am so grateful to be in their presence and share the gift if even for just a moment.  Thank you mother nature.  This one was right in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Me-n-Elvis

Let your freak flag fly high!!
I just love the randomness of life and the colorful people who live it full out.  I love this man!!  Elvis put on this outfit and went out in public to have fun, make people feel good and who cares what else!  He sure made me smile and I enjoyed watching him brighten the lives of others.  Let's all do that as often as possible and let Elvis continue to inspire us.

Gnarly Dude

This super old adobe house was in Tubac, AZ.  I visit this town once a year in the winter and I am always amazed at the ominous nature of the forest in winter there.  It is so woven and intertwined mesquite trees and such.  It strikes an emotion in me no other place I visit does.

Majesty in Motion Poster

This poster will be available for sale through the Tubac Festival of the Arts even being held February 5-9th.  I even get to sign 300 of them!!  I found this on the Tubac Chambers website at  http://www.tubacaz.com/tubac-festival-of-the-arts/ It features a gorgeous running coyote that was painted on reclaimed airplane metal from a hanger in Mesa, AZ.  Wahoooo
